Following the continuation of the development of Digital Bangladesh, the present government has been constructing the same sub-district from every union, upazila, district and all over the country under the National Portal Framework. National portal framework is a huge information store in the country. The goal of building Digital Bangladesh is to provide the services of Doorsteps. And in the presence of this slogan, the UISC has started its journey in every Union Parishad of the country. With the establishment of the UISC, it is possible to create a free flow of information in every state of the society and the state system, where people are not going to door to door for service, but they are reaching the service. Free flow of information is one of the prerequisites for empowering the public. The establishment of information and service centers in 4,501 union parishads of the country has opened the way for information and services at the earliest, including participation in the free flow of rural people. As a result, Sarail's rural population will also need to look back on it. A digital upazila will be developed

Sarail Upazila is a milestone in history, heritage and culture. This Sarail is a very old town. In this ancient era, Isa Khan, during the British period, revolutionary Ullaskar Datta, and during the war of independence, the Sarail of a man like Dewan Mahbub Ali (Qutub Mia), a populace known to the people of this country. Famous gray horse dogs and fox cocktails still hold the reputation of Sarail. In the afternoon of the rainy season, the beautiful scenery of Saranti Ghat is presently known as Sarail.

Like other areas of Brahmanbaria, Sarail Upazila is also a low land. Most of the people here are farmers. Two-storey farmlands watered under the water during the zenith, when ordinary farmers also concentrated in fisheries fishing activities. Natural herbs, haors and bills are available in many native varieties of fish. Including horn, Magura, Kai, Taki, Shol, Boal, Vetki, Tengra. As a result, the lives of fishermen living here are also visible. Because the district is adjacent to the district headquarters, the people of the area are quite ahead of business and education. However, because most of the upazila is surrounded by haor, people have to live on a farming crop basis. As a result, the economic condition of this area is weak. As a result, education has not yet reached the remote areas of the village. The common people of these areas live very casual lives. They are simple and respectful to the law. The need for urgent efforts in education is to improve the standard of living of the people of this upazila. In order to implement the vision of Vision 2021 of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, all the governmental non-government organizations in this region continue their indefatigable efforts, which will play an important role in building a fair, beautiful, anti-terrorism, development-oriented, enlightened Saraili, through collective initiative of all.
